One of them will be extremely prudent of the grammar of the other nazi, and will scorn him for not using proper grammar. In Chapter 2, once you reach the area with a lot of barrels (you have to unlock a door with a key to get to the area), you will find two nazis talking amongst themselves. Swim through it and you'll find the bed to the right of the entrance in that room. Turn around, and you'll find a sewage area. The next bed will be located right next to where you find Gold #45, continuing past it on the docks nearby and looking into a small alley to the left. He will yell at you in German, and if you continue past him, there will be an ally to the very left. This one can be found right after you meet up with the homeless German. Go up the stairs to your very left, and the bed will be right there. This Nightmare Level can be found right after you first meet Annette. The bed is located on the left side of the room. You will have to jump over some railings to get into the area. This next Nightmare Level can be found on the second floor, right after you break open a hatch that leads out to the balconies. Once you take the second boat to the next gateway opening, if you look in the right corner, that will be the location of the bed. This one can be found on the second boat ride that you take. Once you go down the hatch in the bloody patient room, look at the bed on the bottom bunk and you will be able to access the second Nightmare Level. This one can be found in the Sanitarium area.
